Art. 653r b. Cancellation of shares ⁽¹⁾

¹ If the share capital is reduced to zero for the purpose of restructuring and then increased again, the current membership rights of the shareholders lapse at the time of the reduction. Issued shares must be cancelled.

² When the share capital is increased again, the former shareholders have subscription rights that may not be withdrawn from them.
