Art. 44 Structure

¹ The prospectus may consist of a stand-alone document or several individual documents.

² If it consists of two or more individual documents, it may be broken down into:

a. a registration document with information about the issuer;

b. a securities note with information on the securities to be offered publicly or admitted to trading on a trading venue;

c. the summary.
