Art. 43 Summary
1 The summary should facilitate a comparison with similar securities.
2 The summary must clearly state that: a. it is regarded as an introduction to the prospectus; b. the investment decision must be based not on the summary but on the information contained in the entire prospectus;c. liability for the summary is limited to cases where the information contained therein is misleading, inaccurate or inconsistent when read together with the other parts of the prospectus.
