Art. 73 Contentieux et dispositions pénales <num>Titre 1</num> <span style="color:#287C92; font-weight:bold">Contentieux</span> </num> Contestations et prétentions en matière de responsabilité <sup>(1)</sup> </span> <p data><sup><b>1</b></sup><blockList><listIntroduction> Chaque canton désigne un tribunal qui connaît, en dernière instance cantonale, des contestations opposant institutions de prévoyance, employeurs et ayants droit.
