Art. 55 Validity
1 Prospectuses shall be valid for 12 months after approval for public offers or admission to trading on a trading venue of securities of the same category and the same issuer.
2 Prospectuses for debt instruments issued by a bank in accordance with the BankA (1) or a securities firm in accordance with the FinIA (2) in an offer programme shall be valid until none of the debt instruments in question is issued in a continuous or repeated manner any more.
