Art. 49 Closed-ended collective investment schemes

1 A limited partnership for collective investment under Article 98 CISA (1) shall produce a prospectus.

2 Specifically, this shall contain the information contained in the partnership agreement in accordance with Article 102 paragraph 1 letter h CISA.

3 For the prospectus of an investment company with fixed capital (SICAF) in accordance with Article 110 CISA, Article 48 applies by analogy.
