Art. 45 Base prospectus
1 For debt instruments issued in an offer programme or issued in a continuous or repeated manner by banks in accordance with the BankA (1) or securities firms in accordance with the FinIA (2) , the prospectus may be drafted in the form of a base prospectus.
2 The base prospectus shall contain all the information available at the time of publication on the issuer, the guarantor and security provider and the securities, but not the final terms.
3 The final terms shall be included at least in a version with indicative information at the time of the public offer. At the end of the subscription period, they shall be published in a definitive version and filed with the reviewing body.
4 Approval of the final terms is not necessary.
