Art. 266 Attacks on the independence of the Confederation
1. Any person who a carries out an act with the aim ofviolating or endangering the independence of the Confederation orendangering the independence of the Confederation by bringing about the interference of a foreign power in federal affairs,shall be liable to a custodial sentence of not less than one year.2. (1) Any person who enters into a relationship with the government of a foreign state or its agents with the aim of bringing about a war against the Confederation shall be liable to a custodial sentence of not less than three years.In serious cases a life sentence may be imposed.
