Art. 12
1 I Cantoni possono revocare, per un periodo determinato o definitivamente, le facolt di cui all’articolo 9 se l’operatore sanitario (1) è tossicomane o ha commesso un’infrazione secondo gli articoli 19–22. (2)
2 Tale provvedimento ha effetto su tutto il territorio della Confederazione.
3 È riservato l’articolo 54 del Codice penale svizzero (3) .
