Art. 12
1 The cantons may revoke authorisation in accordance with Article 9 for a limited period or permanently if the authorised medical professional (1) is narcotics dependent or has committed an offence under Articles 19–22. (2)
2 The order applies throughout the Confederation.
3 Article 54 of the Criminal Code (3) remains reserved.
