Art. 117b (1) Nursing care (2) *
1 The Confederation and Cantons shall recognise and promote nursing care as an important component of health care and shall ensure that sufficient provision of high-quality nursing care is accessible to all.
2 They ensure that a sufficient number of qualified nurses are available to meet the increasing demand and that persons working in nursing are deployed in accordance with their training and skills.
