Art. 64f ⁽¹⁾ Translation of the removal order

¹ The competent authority shall ensure that, if requested, the removal order is translated in writing or verbally into a language understood by the person concerned or which he or she may be assumed to understand.

² If notice is given of the removal order by means of a standard form under Article 64b, no translation is made. The person concerned shall be provided with an information sheet with an explanation of the removal order.
