Art. 514 b. By withdrawal from the contract

SR 220A person entitled to benefits inter vivos under a contract of succession may declare his or her withdrawal from the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Obligations in the event of failure to perform such benefits or to furnish security for them.
