Art. 50 Obligation to provide information and render account

The collective rights management organisations must provide the IPI (1) with all the information and documents necessary for carrying out its supervisory duties, and also provide account of its activities in an annual report.

(1) Name in accordance with No1 para. 1 of the FA of 27 Sept. 2019, in force since 1 April 2020 (AS 2020 1003; BBl 2018 591). This modification has been made in the provisions cited in the AS.
