Art. 42 Assicurazione

1 Chi presta servizio di protezione civile è assicurato secondo la legge federale del 19 giugno 1992 (1) sull’assicurazione militare (LAM).

2 L’UFPP emana disposizioni per la prevenzione di infortuni e danni alla salute nella protezione civile.
