Art. 38 Inclusion of children

1 Relief of citizenship also applies to minor children who:

  • a. are under the parental care of the person relieved of citizenship;
  • b. are not resident in Switzerland; and
  • c. hold or have been assured of another nationality.

    • 2 Minor children who are over the age of 16 years are only included in the relief of citizenship if they give their written consent.
