Art. 35 Fees
1 The federal, cantonal and communal authorities may charge fees in connection with naturalisation procedures or procedures for declaring naturalisations null and void.
2 The fees may not amount to more than is required to cover costs.
3 For the procedure under its jurisdiction, the Confederation may request an advance payment of fees.
