Art. 298c Requirements for the persons deployed and conduct
1 Article 287 applies mutatis mutandis to the persons deployed. The deployment of persons in accordance with Article 287 paragraph 1 letter b is not permitted.
2 Articles 291–294 apply by analogy to the status, duties and obligations of the undercover agents and their commanding officers.
