Art. 28a (1)
Offences under Articles 20–22 that are established by the relevant federal authority in the area subject to federal law enforcement shall be prosecuted and judged by that authority. The procedure is governed by the Federal Act of 22 March 1974 (2) on Administrative Criminal Law.
