Art. 233 Propagation of harmful parasites
1. Any person who wilfully propagates a parasite or micro-organism that constitutes a danger to agriculture or forestry, shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.If the offender maliciously causes serious loss, damage or injury, the penalty is a custodial sentence of from one to five years.2. If the person concerned acts through negligence, the penalty is a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or a monetary penalty.
