Art. 20 Providers Host companies
1 The host companies responsible for the workplace training segment of VET programmes shall strive to ensure that learners progress as much as possible and shall monitor learner progress periodically.
2 Host companies must first obtain a permit from the local cantonal authority; no fees may be charged for the issuance of such permits.
