Art. 177b (1) Prestazioni commerciali

1 L’UFAG, la stazione di ricerca agronomica (art. 114) come pure l’istituto di allevamento equino (art. 121) possono fornire a terzi prestazioni commerciali se queste: (2)

  • a. sono strettamente correlate ai compiti principali;
  • b. non pregiudicano l’adempimento dei compiti principali; e
  • c. non richiedono considerevoli risorse materiali o di personale supplementari.

    • 2 Le prestazioni commerciali sono fornite sulla base di una contabilità analitica, a prezzi che consentano almeno di coprire i costi. Il DEFR può concedere deroghe per singole prestazioni, a condizione di non entrare in tal modo in concorrenza con l’economia privata.
