Art. 126d ⁽¹⁾ Transitional provision to the Amendment of 25 September 2015 to the AsylA

¹ The previous law applies for no longer than two years to asylum seekers whose application for asylum cannot be processed in the federal centres.

² In pending proceedings under Articles 76 paragraph 1 letter b number 5 and 76a paragraph 3, Article 80 paragraph 1 third sentence and paragraph 2^bis, Article 80a paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Act and Article 108 paragraph 4, 109 paragraph 3, 110 paragraph 4 letter b, 111 letter d AsylA ⁽²⁾ apply in their previous version.
