Art. 126b (1) Transitional provision to the Amendment of 11 December 2009
Until the national visa system comes into force, Articles 109c and 120d are worded as follows:

(1) Inserted by Art. 2 No 1 of the FD of 11 Dec. 2009 on the Approval and Implementation of the Exchange of Notes between Switzerland and the EU on the Adoption of the Regulation and Decision concerning the Visa Information System (VIS), in force since 11 Oct. 2011 ([AS 2010 2063], [2011 4449]; [BBl 2009 4245]).
