Art. 103e (1) Exchange of information with EU member states that do not apply Regulation (EU) 2017/2226

The EU member states in which Regulation (EU) 2017/2226 (2) has not yet come into force or is not applicable may send their requests for information to the authorities under Article 103c paragraph 4.
