Art. 949d SCC from 2023

Art. 949d 4c. Commissioning private individuals to use the electronic version of the land register ⁽¹⁾

¹ The cantons which maintain the land register electronically may commission private individuals to:

1. ensure access to the data in the land register in the retrieval process;

2. ensure public access to the data of the main register which can be viewed without proof of interest;

3. to carry out electronic transactions with the land register office.

² The commissioned individuals are subject to the oversight of the cantons and of the Confederation.
