Art. 61 J. Appeal decision I. Content and form

¹ The appellate authority shall itself make the decision in the case or in exceptional cases shall refer the case back to the lower instance and issue binding instructions.

² The appeal decision shall contain a summary of the relevant facts of the case, a statement of the grounds for the decision and the operative part of the decision.

³ Notification of the decision must be given to the parties and the lower instance.
