Art. 48 Organisation <num>Titre 1</num> <span style="color:#287C92; font-weight:bold">Institutions de prévoyance</span> </num> Principes <sup>(1)</sup> </span> <p data><sup><b>1</b></sup> Les institutions de prévoyance qui entendent participer l’application du régime de l’assurance obligatoire se feront inscrire dans le registre de la prévoyance professionnelle auprès de l’autorité de surveillance dont elles relèvent (art. 61).</p><p data><sup><b>2</b></sup> Les institutions de prévoyance enregistrées doivent revêtir la forme d’une fondation ou être une institution de droit public dotée de la personnalité juridique. <sup>(2)</sup> Elles doivent allouer des prestations répondant aux prescriptions sur l’assurance obligatoire et être organisées, financées et administrées conformément la présente loi.</p><p data><sup><b>3</b></sup><blockList><listIntroduction> Une institution de prévoyance est radiée du registre:</listIntroduction><li><num>a. </num>lorsqu’elle ne remplit plus les conditions légales pour être enregistrée et qu’elle ne procède pas aux adaptations nécessaires dans le délai fixé par l’autorité de surveillance;</li><li><num>b. </num>lorsqu’elle renonce son enregistrement. <sup>(3)</sup> </li></blockList></p><p data><sup><b>4</b></sup> Les institutions de prévoyance enregistrées qui contribuent l’application de la prévoyance professionnelle, de même que les tiers impliqués, sont habilités utiliser systématiquement le numéro AVS <sup>(4)</sup> pour l’accomplissement de leurs tâches légales, conformément aux dispositions de la LAVS <sup>(5)</sup> . <sup>(6)</sup> </p> <div style='border-top:1px solid #aaa'></div><sup>(1)</sup> <span style='font-size:12px'> Nouvelle teneur selon l’annexe ch. 9 de la LF du 23 juin 2006 (Nouveau numéro d’assuré AVS), en vigueur depuis le 1<sup>er</sup> déc. 2007 (<ref href="https://fedlex.data.admin.ch/eli/oc/2007/747">RO <b>2007</b> 5259</ref>; <ref href="https://fedlex.data.admin.ch/eli/fga/2006/52">FF <b>2006</b> 515</ref>).</span><br> <sup>(2)</sup> <span style='font-size:12px'> Nouvelle teneur selon le ch.
