Art. 37 Place of jurisdiction for separate forfeiture proceedings

Separate forfeiture proceedings (Art. 376–378) must be carried out in the place where the lis or assets to be forfeited are located.

If the lis or assets to be forfeited are located in two or more cantons and if they are connected to the same offence or offender, the authorities of the place where the forfeiture proceedings were initiated has jurisdiction.
