¹ The partnership must be registered in the commercial register for the place where its seat is located.²⁸⁰

³ Where the specific contributions of limited partners are made wholly or partly in kind, the contribution in kind must be expressly referred to as such and its precise value specified in the registration application and in the entry in the commercial register.
