Art. 389

¹ The remuneration is payable as soon as the complete work or, in the case of works appearing in separate parts (volumes, fascicles, issues), each part thereof is printed and ready for distribution.

² Where the remuneration is made partly or entirely contingent on expected sales, the publisher is obliged to produce the customary record of sales with corroborating documentation.

³ Unless otherwise agreed, the originator is entitled to receive the customary number of complimentary copies.
