Summary:	The Administrative Court of the Canton of Zurich has ruled in a case concerning the refusal to continue the marriage preparation procedure and the marriage ceremony between A, a Sri Lankan national, and B, a Swiss woman. After the Civil Registry Office refused to continue the proceedings, A and B filed an appeal. The court decided that the identity of A was not sufficiently proven and dismissed the appeal. The court costs of a total of CHF 1,670.-- were each imposed on the complainants in half.
