Summary:	A, who was born in Turkey in 1976, entered Switzerland in 2003 and married a compatriot. After a divorce, he was convicted of drug trafficking and other offenses. After moving to the canton of Thurgau, his settlement permit was revoked due to the conviction. A filed a complaint, but it was rejected. He was ordered to leave Switzerland and had to pay the court costs. A complained against this decision, arguing his integration and efforts to work. The court ruled that the revocation of the settlement permit was disproportionate and A received a warning. The complaint was approved, the costs were imposed on the respondent, and A received free legal representation.
