Summary:	A Turkish national marries a German national in Switzerland, but is accused of having entered into the marriage only as a sham. After an anonymous e-mail and investigations, his residence permit will be revoked. The complainant is fighting against this, but numerous indications confirm a fictitious marriage, such as the absence of the complainant's personal belongings in the apartment. Ultimately, the complaint is dismissed, the court costs of CHF 2'070 are imposed on the complainant.
