Summary:	Summary: A applied for a permit for the `March for Peace' in Zurich, but the city only approved a standing rally on Turbinenplatz and rejected the move. A appealed and finally received the permit for the demonstration train. The City of Zurich filed a complaint, which, however, was partially approved. It was found that the city had violated the municipal autonomy by establishing the route of relocation. The city was instructed to establish a new route that would not interfere with the appeal effect of the march. The cost of the procedure was imposed on 3/4 of the city and on 1/4 A.
