Summary:	The German national, A, born in 1950, applied for a residence permit in Switzerland to pursue an independent gainful employment as a psychotherapist. After she failed to provide proof, she was granted a temporary residence permit. When she reached retirement age and stopped working, she was refused an extension. Despite the appeal and appeal, the decision was confirmed, as it no longer met the requirements. The court ruled against A, put the court costs on her and did not award her any party compensation.
