Summary:	The municipality of Wallisellen has filed a lawsuit against a construction stop on its property. After the Building Appeals Court had written off the proceedings and imposed costs on the municipal council, the municipality filed a complaint with the Administrative court of the Canton of Zurich. The individual judge ruled that the municipality had no legitimacy for the complaint and dismissed it. The court costs of CHF 430.- were imposed on the municipality.
