Summary:	A and B have been supported by the municipality C with social assistance since February 2011. The Social Commission C cut the basic requirements and cancelled allowances, requested documents and gave instructions. A and B filed a complaint, which was partially approved. They complained to the Administrative Court, which upheld the cuts. The complainants violated their obligation to provide information and report, which led to a reduction in social assistance. The court costs are divided equally between the municipality C and A and B.
