Summary:	The Administrative Court of the Canton of Zurich has ruled in a judgment that the Administrative Court is not competent for the determination of violations of contracts or articles of association as well as the rescission of an assignment contract. The individual judge has decided that the registration of the transfer of the parent share was lawful and the imposed fees are justified. The complaint was dismissed and half of the court costs were imposed on the complainants.
