| Summary: | A and B were married, live separately and have a common daughter C. After the police ordered protective measures, B applied for their extension. The court ruled in favor of B and C. A filed an appeal, but it was dismissed. It was found that A had threatened the respondent, which led to the protective measures. The extension of the measures was considered justified. A had also threatened to take the daughter away, which led to a ban on contact. The court ruled that the costs of the proceedings must be borne by A, since his application for free litigation was rejected. |
