Summary:	On January 23, 2018, A AG received the building permit for an extension of a building in Uerikon. C AG, on the other hand, filed a complaint, which was approved on August 15, 2018. The A AG then filed an appeal and demanded the cancellation of the appeal decision and the confirmation of the building permit. The Administrative court decided that the planned increase is admissible and dismissed the appeal of C AG. The costs of the procedure amount to Fr. 4'650.-, which the C AG must bear. The judge is male, the losing party is C AG, a company.
