Summary:	The Administrative Court of the Canton of Zurich has ruled in a judgment that the school boarding school must meet certain requirements in order to retain the permit to run the boarding school. An appeal against the decision of the Office for Youth and Career Guidance was dismissed. The appellant demanded the annulment of the appeal decision and applied for approval without conditions or an extension of the deadline. The court ruled that the school boarding school is subject to a licensing requirement and must meet certain requirements. The appeal was dismissed, the court costs imposed on the complainant.
