Summary:	The families A and B from Serbia applied for family reunification for their children E and C to Switzerland, which was initially rejected. After several appeals and complaints, the situation of the grandmother as a caregiver was examined in more detail. Despite the grandmother's health problems, the administrative court ruled that the addition of the children was not justified. The court costs were imposed on A and B without awarding any party compensation.
