| Summary: | Born in 1989, A from Bosnia-Herzegovina entered Switzerland without a visa, married a Swiss woman and received a temporary residence permit. After the separation from his wife, the migration office refused to renew the permit. Despite the appeal and complaint, it was decided that A no longer receives a residence permit because the marital union no longer exists. It was found that A could not sufficiently prove that cohabitation with his wife was resumed. The Administrative Court dismissed the complaint and imposed the court costs of CHF 2,000 on the complainant. |
