Summary:	The University of Zurich has terminated the employment relationship with A, born in 1956, which led to a complaint and demands for compensation. The appeals Commission of the Zurich universities granted A compensation of two monthly wages. A filed a complaint in order to receive a higher compensation. The administrative court considered the dismissal and decided that dismissal was justified on the basis of age. The respondent was obliged to settle the financial consequences of the dismissal on account of age. The court costs and the party compensation have been determined.
