Summary:	This is a case before the Administrative Court of the Canton of Zurich concerning the revocation of a residence permit. The complainant had been deported to Turkey, then returned to Switzerland and married a Swiss woman. He was sentenced to imprisonment and is undergoing psychiatric treatment. The court ruled that the public interest in the applicant's departure outweighs his private interest in remaining in Switzerland. The appeal was dismissed, the court costs imposed on the complainant.
