Summary:	The Road Traffic Office of the Canton of Zurich revoked A's driver's license for one month due to a violation of the road traffic regulations. A filed a complaint, which was dismissed. A then filed a complaint with the Administrative Court of the Canton of Zurich and demanded that the decision be annulled. After a detailed examination of the course of the accident and the traffic rules, it was found that A committed only a slight offense and is therefore punished with a warning. The court costs are each imposed on the parties in half.
