Summary:	The complainant, a legal representative not registered as a lawyer, demanded access to her client in deportation detention. After her access was denied by the airport prison and the Office of Correctional Services, she filed a recourse and complaint. The Administrative Court ruled in favor of the complainant that she should have access to her client. It found that the airport prison had committed a legal delay and imposed the respondent's costs. The complainant received appropriate party compensation.
