Summary:	The case concerns a residence permit in Switzerland for a person from Lebanon who has married a Swiss citizen. There were family problems, domestic violence and the children were placed outside. Due to dependence on social assistance and a lack of integration, the extension of the residence permit was refused. There is a discussion about whether the family should be sent back to Lebanon, which could endanger the well-being of the children. The decision is referred back to the lower instance. The complainant must pay court costs in the amount of Fr. 2'060, and the costs will be divided between the parties.
