Summary:	Complainants B and A filed an appeal against a decision of the municipal council C of 21 February 2017 regarding a construction project. After your appeal was rejected, you filed a complaint with the administrative Court. The complainants argued, among other things, that the decision constituted a violation of the right to be heard. The administrative court dismissed the appeal and remitted the costs to the complainant. The judge Lukas Widmer presided over the trial, and the court costs amounted to a total of CHF 2,120.--.
